If you open the report file as a table and delete the PLATFORM records that say "WINDOWS" you'll get the report fine. Easiest way, I think, is to open the report as a table, then use a query to select the DOS records into a table with an FRX extension. Then REPORT FORM...TO FILE... should work fine.
