Hi everyone,

I just upgraded to FoxPro 8 (yes, yes, I know I am waaaay behind) and recompliled my code. It mostly runs OK when run inside the development environment, but when I run it outside FoxPro (like an EXE file run by clicking on it in the Windows Explorer) I get this error message 'Resource file version mismatch.' If I click OK, I get another error message which says, 'Visual FoxPro cannot start. Could not load resources...' and then it aborts.

I uninstalled FVP 8 and installed it again, but the same error continues. Also, when I now try to run a VFP7 EXE, it does not give an error, but it also does not load, like the file does nothing at all!

It seems that VFP somehow mixes up the runtime libraries for 7 and 8, but I couldn't get any further than that. Anywone has a clue as to what might be happening and how I could fix it?
