You have to copy the executable; NOT the the project. From the project, click on "Build", and then select the option to create an executable. If your project is called MyProject, it will have two files: MyProject.pjx and MyProject.pjt. These should NOT be copied to the server. If you create an executable, the filename will be - by default - MyProject.EXE. This is the file you have to copy to the server.
