Hi Jordan,

Right now her parents and her brothers are all here visiting on a VISA. I'm not sure when they return to Bulgaria. She doesn't have children (yet) and since she is in college here studying to be a doctor, it may be sometime! I'll have to ask her about the differences in the quality of education between the U.S. and Bulgaria. I was not aware there was such a discrepancy here, however, the public schools in NY are notariously known for poor quality...

><snip> Yet, I personally know a few illegals from just below the souther border who have obtained free medical care as well as free schooling all the way through 4 years of college! I can't even get that for my daughter. I have a close friend from Bulgaria here in my area that is pulling her hair out trying to stay legal and attend school and she is paying for it with her own money! Hard to believe she is married to a
>>serviceman and is given such a difficult time continously...

>Hi Tracy,
>You can advice your friend that she has wonderful option.
>She could send his children to her parents at Bulgaria.
>One my friend, who works in NY was disapointed from USA education system and returned his 2 daughter to study back in BG.
>They has a great advantage - they very well know English :-), but with other objects is full tragedy. :-( They returns two years in school and get a lot private paid lessons.
>In the same moment secondary education here is free. The same is with healthcare for children :-)
