The steps to create a shortcut on the user's machine:

Open Windows Explorer.

Find the executable on the server.

Drag (pull) it to the desktop.

I don't remember what the "-t" option does, that Peter suggested. If you want to add it:

Right-click on the shortcut.

Select "Properties".

Change the option for the command.
