Hi All
Am trying to build a variable that will conditionally add to +1 to it.
In the "Value to Store" box I've put:
IIF(donorlog.clog_act="A",1,0)

What's supposed to happen is that for each record that has an "A" in the field clog_act +1 is added to the variable. Then at EOJ I print out the contents of the variable. The "calculate" radio button is set to nothing.
What happens is that it always prints 0. (No A's)
Cathy Pountney's book on VFP Report Writer on page 149 indicates this should work in it's description of the "Value to Store" box.
What do I need to do to make this work?
