I have several tables that are intended to be used as look-ups.
I wanted to use them with DropDownList controls.
When I populate the DropDownList control manual at design time (using the list collection) it works fine. But when I bind it to my table, although it populates correctly, it only saves the first item in the control, no matter which items was selected.
Both my boss and I worked on this all morning, but we couldn't get it.

Any ideas what we're missing?
Does anyone know where a working sample can be found?
