No indicas que version usas. Nota: Siempre debes aclarar versión y si es posible último Service Pack aplicado.

De todas maneras, en VFP 8.0 es nativo.

Crea un Form
Adiciona un control Image
Modifica la propiedad picture a:
Home(4) + "gifs\morphfox.gif"
o apunta a cualquier GIF animado que tengas.
