Just tried again and it seems to be working now.
Sometimes geocities links have a limit to the number
of hits per hour, so you need to wait a bit.
I plan on making this map into a large size, say
2048 x 1536. I will need to detect a click anywhere
on any territory.
Id be interested in seeing any code or help you
can provide
