According to the help file, this limitation still exists in VFP 6.
With classes, you could write your program a little different (class properties) (I assume that each method would count as one "procedure"), but it would still be a major rewrite.
For a quick estimate, which programs will likely cause you trouble, I would just check which procedures have the largest number of lines - or perhaps bytes.
