>Southwest Fox is geared toward VFP. We are sort of picking up the torch where Whilfest left off. Having said that, if you look at our topics you will see VFP and a lot of other things that are important for developers using any language. There are topics related to re-engineering your legacy applications, blogging, using services provided by the Windows OS, dealing with client relations, setting up a Windows server, SQL Server. Microsoft has also given us VFP9 which gives us even more than VFP8! So yes, we are presenting a Foxpro Conference with no emphasis on .NET. As .NET becomes more mature, and more VFP developers are interested in learning about it, we will present .NET topics. In the mean time, we have many great topics related to FoxPro.

I like that. Sounds like a sound approach, very close to mine.

>By the way... did I mention that you can get the rock bottom price for Southwest Fox if you send in your registration by Friday at midnight?

Mmmm... I surfed your site. I'll try to get my boss interested. Sounds like "Whilfest is dead, long live Whilfest".

>We hope to see you in Tempe in October!

So do I (not only to see myself, but rather to see all of you).
