Actually Michael, that's quite interesting in it's own right...you're saying that all .Net calls to SQL are synchronous?

Seems a bit backward for a disjointed system like .Net that it does this.

Does .Net offer control over the other connection level parameters that VFP does like timeout and login warnings?
