I just ate some Peanut Butter cookies.

One thing about those guys, they don't get hard as fast regular cookies. Like these Macadamia nut cookies we had. Those are pretty tough after a day, not the PB cookies though.

It probably has something to do with the matter-state-range of the PB itself. I'm pretty sure PB is the 3rd most versatile substance in the world. Next to Coleslaw and New England Style Clamchowder of course.

Kibo points out that there is another option:
What about that mysterious substance that forms at the interface
between the White Castle patty and the bun? It might be solid,
liquid, gaseous, or some sort of Bose-Einstein Congealate,
depending on how hard you think about putting it into your mouth.

Oh well, one thing about blogs is that there isn't much real back and forth discussion in them. Sure you can post comments and what not, but more or less the interaction is:

"Here is Joe's point of view summed up in a mono-blog."

"Here is Bill's point of view summed up in a mono-blog."

Not much in the way of real consideration of other people's ideas with the intention of learning about ideas, though I think as a news medium its potential is nothing short of revolutionary, if we consider its implications on the future of historian research techniques.

In any case, the mono-blogging is still something I'd rather engage in face to face. That way if I disagree with someone I can throw a peanut butter cookie at my friends and watch the amazement on their face as it bounces off their head.
