I have an ASP.NET application that is under Souce Control (Visual Source Safe) that constantly gives me the error when I open the solution:

The source control binding information has been removed for project WebTrust. The project will be opened without source control.

After that I get a message telling me the project is under source control and not to make any changes to the project. If I delete the solution and open the project directly, everything works fine until I again attempt to open the new solution file. I have tried saving the solution to different locations including the web folder with the same results. I have to repeat this sequence of events every time.
