Hi Everyone,

We have a back-end table in the SQL Server.
It has an image field and in this field, we store a text file.

In getting the text file inside the image field, we use remote view and view the image field of the SQL Server as a General field of VFP 8.0.

When I browse the general field in VFP 8.0 and double-click the general field, I can see the text file.

How can I read the General field in VFP 8.0 as a series of string?
Do I have to save the General field first into a text file and then read the text file as a series of strings?
