That shows that the form is corrupted. As you probably know, forms (and most other objects in VFP) are defined and kept in DBF (tables) with a different name. You can open a form's table with USE myfom.scx just like a DBF.

When that table is corrupted you need a repair utility (there are several around) or else a backup.
