Hello Every One

I am using Radeon 7500 Pro Display. My display card has TV-out option. I make a form which using Mediaplayer.ocx. when I play and video file TV show me only video display when I stop the video file tv show same as monitor. Now I come to my question, I just want to guide me how I make form which project only area on tv which I want I mean any part if my form.
