You have to fill out the name and address information first and then you see the correct subscription price for your location. USA is $129 and Canada is $159. I assume that is US dollars, but I'll have to check with the office to be sure -- subscriptions are not my department. :-)

A paid subscription gets you access to all the archives since 1999, although you can get a 3-month free trial by choosing Bill Me (does not get the archives unless you choose to pay the convenience invoice that accompanies the trial issues).

I agree that we need an easier way to show the subscription prices, and I'll see that it gets cleared up soon. There are major infrastructure changes going on (moving to a different hosting and content management setup) so it might be a little while before we get to this change. Thanks for alerting me.
