Yes, you download AVFP to your development web machine and choose the avfp setup version for the version of VFP that you have. To develop on your machine requires that you have some version of IIS installed on it. When you're finished developing, you can create an Installshield setup using the included MyWebApp.ism project and either install on the public Web Server on your internal network or install at your ISP.
