That was it! Thanks for the help. I had problems with outlook express with this code as I guess outloook express is no longer mapi compliant, so I had to resort to using mailto: I really wish that I had other options, but since I wanted the mail to be sent out of the end users email client and appear in their sent items and I needed it to work with Outlook and Outlook Express, mailto was the only solution that worked.
