In order to attach the PDF created by the Crystal components to an e-mail in Outlook, you would have to have an ActiveX installed on the client machine. Either that or some very complex DHTML that could manipulate the Outlook object model. However, the newer versions of Outlook have a lot of inherant security that makes that next to impossible.
