John --- Michel Fournier, the board owner, prefers that these types of posts be relegated to classified :-)...having said that, I think it may be in your best interests to send resumes to some of the top US recruiting firms as the INS is loosening up on H1-B (technical and engineering) visas. Small firms may eb scared off by any paperwork or financial requirements.
