>If accepted and published articles provided a free subscription for the next year...maybe more would invest the time? Or we could just ask you (as well as the other known exeptional sources of VFP information) to write every month...:0)
FoxTalk and FoxPro Advisor both pay their authors with real money. Each article I've written for FoxTalk paid for the subscription. This is better than just giving a subscription, as there would not be incentive to write more than one article a year.
Currently, I'm not interested in writing every month, but I do have something in the works that could turn into one or more articles. I've already been communicating with David about it.

>What's funny is that I know a few really good VFP developers that provide terrific assitance and code samples and live live VFP apps out there in use but NONE of them are comfortable writing about it and also never visit online forums...if only we could entice them to give it a try at least once...

Writing is difficult. A good developer may not be a good writer.
