Hi,
I think you can solve this without getting the profile name from outlook if they log on to different machine. You can ask the network administrator of your user(client) to configure the outlook to store all email to personal folders on that particular PC. The pc should be running winxp/2000 with its file system to NTFS for security purposes.
Whenever a user is log to a PC other than their assigned PC, they can still log on to MS Exchange Server and can send&received mails. For the first time a different user logon to different PC, they will see a MS Outlook configuration when they try to open Outlook.
Try also to check on the downloads of UT, I downloaded a code which when you execute it, it will prompt you to select the MS outlook profile...
