There is two other ways (not tested if the user can skip it when pressing Shift):
1. Create a shortcut in Windows\Start Menu\StartUp folder using Scripting Host.
2. Create a entry in HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run registry.
