Can any one suggest me for choosing the development tool interface :

My company is developing the application softwares , mainly all kinds of commercial applications and right now we are developing it into visual Foxpro as back end as well as front end, I am seeking for some good suggestions for choosing better development tool as front end and back end for commercial application can any one suggest me for that ( Please specify Why)
