>I have Outlook 2003. I have been starting to use it today. I just found that when I press Delete to remove some items in my Inbox that sometimes some of them don't get removed. What happen instead is that they are underlined. I can't remove them. What is causing that and how to resolve it?

That was related to the block of 10 kb item.
