There are some in the Universal Thread jobs section. Select the menu (where it says "More:"), and then select "Jobs". Most of the jobs are in the U.S.
Then, there are several other places which list jobs in general; Monster, Dice, and others. I didn't investigate carefully, so I can't really recommend any. A search in the messages, here in the UT, should give you some more hits.
Here in the UT, you can also select, in your options, that you are an "Independent Consultant" for specific areas. I have no idea whether it helps, but you can try.
