After extensive searching, I found the problem. We used the newest Merge Modules for Crystal Reports. This updated the craxdrt9.dll. It was this dll that gave the problems printing this one particular report. We reverted back to the previous craxdrt9.dll (datetime stamp 12/9/2002). The newer dll that was in the merge modules has a datatime stamp of 2/19/2004.

I'm still not quite sure why this caused a problem with printing this report. If anyone has any clues or suggestions, that would be great.
