Since we ported our product from VFP7 to VFP8, our clients with 256MB of RAM and less have very frequent C0000005 crashes. On PCs with more than 256, it happens but less frequently.
There is no easy pattern to reproduce. It does not allways happen in the same situation.
We think it's a memory leak. We tried SYS(3050) and SYS(1104) but we still have the problem.
If we need to go back to VFP7, we loose about 1 year of development effort.
We cannot afford to wait for VFP9 because our customers are expecting our 2004 release in may.
We read all the threads that seamed related and tried every suggested fixes. We are desperate...
