I think you can do 2 different things:
1.- Divide de data in 2 different controls. One for the seconds and other one for the seconds/100.
2.- Use a time control HH:MM:SS and converting hours data into minutes data, minutes data into seconds data and seconds data into seconds / 100 data.

Posiibly is there another better way, but i dont know it
