Basically yes. I wrote a program like that sometime ago but I was going from Interbase to SQL Server. The basic idea to is get the structure using AFIELDS() and then interpret it into a CREATE TABLE command for SQL Server. It is somewhat tedious but not all that difficult.

I don't have any code available right now or I would post it for you.
