Robert,
The SQL page is not meant to be a two-way tool, you can not edit the view there, it is really only a display of what the designer has created.
If you need to create a view that is more complex than the view designer can handle you might want to get eview from the files section here. You can also just create them in code using the CREATE SQL VIEW command.
