I want to develop an application on a CD, more like a database.

I was going to try on Flash, But I thingh that this tool cannont handle very good a database.

I want to make it appealing for the user thats why I pick Flash.

The second chose was VF but I just dont know if a app.exe can run only on a CD and not intalling the application or the run times.

Is there a tool that someone can recomend for this task.

And application with a database that can run on a CD??
