Unfortunately my form has IsMdiContainer = true. It's the only way I've gotten it to work thus far, and would rather not completely rewrite it as a regular form at this point since it's just a PoC.

I think the fix would be changing the form.Parent property to the App window as I initialize them into the application (it worked for labels, why not forms), but that will have to wait for another day.
