Only one grid at a time can be the "navigation control". You can dynamically change the navigation control to another grid if you so desire.

If you have multiple grids on a form, only one of them is the navigation control at any given time.

However, if I understand your original question, when you navigate in the main grid, do you want to change the contents of the child/grandchild grids? What specifically are you looking for as a response in the other grids when you navigate in the parent. If you can tell me this, I can tell you what to do.
