At the moment the tooltop in a grid works in a field in a grid if you first click IN the field to make it active: then by leaving the cursor over the field the tooltip appears.

Is it possible to have a tooltip appear and show the contents of the field in a grid just as the cursor goes over the field but without having to click IN the field to make it active?

If so, how could it be done?
