Is this class library public domain?
Can I give a developer not owning Stonefield a copy of this class library in order for him to manipulate databases I've built with Stonefield?

If not is there a class library that would allow a non-Stonefield developer to manipulate a Stonefield extended database?

Specifically I'd like them to be able to access field properties I've defined in my Stonefield database.
