I just want to make a conclusion on this thread. IT WORKED!!! The solution you suggested is just so simple: a single line of codes in the grid enter event procedure setting that grid as the NavControl. I admit that I was frustrated during the thread, and was initially skeptical about this final solution. Thank you so much for your patient!

I just have a form with five grids up and running, coordinating all together 15 tables with that single form! For a .NET newbie, that is wild.
