I found a reference in the link you pointed me to that said add ".9" to this line:

CreateObject("CrystalRuntime.Application.9")

That solved the problem in English speaking countries, but I am still having this problem for users in France and Germany. They are running Windows 2000.

Do they need special DLLs for their languages? They are running my program in English, but in German and French Windows.

Any thoughts?
