It's been a while since I have worked on this project. I have finally taken a look at the correction for the Error icon beside the grids. The error icon is there now, but the error warning at the top of the page is not. Also it seems that the record has saved back to the table and now I see the Edit button, instead of the update and cancel buttons.

Has there been an update since 1.1.3?
