I have never had that problem myself, But I have read about the problem many times here at UT. If you search for REPORT and PREVIEW here at UT, you will probably find many references to this problem. As far as I remember, the easiest way to avoid this problem, is NOT to use the DE for the labels, which was why I suggested that in my last message. In stead you USE a table, or you SELECT into a cursor, just before the LABEL FORM command.
