hi cetin, i'm sorry i did not made myself clear.

in my menu i have "edit grid" which sets readonly=.f. for the current row selected. only the first column is editable, i have 2 more columns in my grid. i want it when my user edits/make changes to the first column, my program should also rename the corresponding pdf file. name of the pdf file=drs.description.

i tried putting the rename in the arcc() of grid, but to no avail. i don't know where to put the rename. tableupdate(.t) is on arcc().

can you help me?
