This web application will be accessable to managers at the corporate level nation wide. So I suppose they will have to decide if they need a broadcast license or not.

>The problems I see are in licensing. Since you're on a server, additional license requirement may come into play. You should contant Business Objects to verify your options.

>>I would like to solicit opinions on ways to approach web publishing existing crystal reports. The clients reports are all interactive desktop VFP forms that call the report viewer, print or email the report. Now we are going to start making them accessable on the web.
>>
>>The data is VFP and will remain so. I want to access the data using VFP generated DLLs as a middle tier so we can leverage existing code. A new language and ADO is not an option at this time.

>>ASP.net web forms (C#) -> call VFP DLLs (generate tables) -> call a crystal web service
>>
>>Does anyone see caveats in this design? If so what are you doing?
