You'd want to find out if your printer has a special envelope tray that supports that size of paper. Also you'd have to make sure if using a laser printer that the ink and glue used on the envelopes is compatible with the heat it will be exposed to during printing. Some inks melt and will leave residue on the printers' fusing roller.
FWIW we've always had these envelopes come already pre-printed with just a unique number for all the envelopes in a box that number is tied to the family for a year to provide privacy. Just as an example (not trying to sell anything here *s*)
