I believe I saw the same message fairly regularly running a commercial VFP application named SBT 5.0 on Windows 95 machines (no not all of them, just some - puzzling). I messed around doing all kinds of "smart" things like making sure the client machine had the latest version of VFP500.dll, etc. and I couldn't nail it down. I was in the process of rolling my network to all Windows NT workstation and I *never* saw the error under NT - so I just accelerated my upgrade schedule and the error went away! Probably not the answer you were looking for, but that's how I got around it <grin>. How desperate are you? Kevin E. Stroud I have asked this question before without response. A user is getting a crash with message"This program has performed an llegal operation...ETW.EXE caused a divide error in module VFP.DLL at 0137:100A5821..." The crash is consistently occurring in the same place in the opening of a form from inside a form. I don't get the error on my system, either in development mode, or as a similar separate executable. Can anyone help please? I'm now getting desperate.....
