We spent over a week of non-billable time and lots of mileage to track it down. The problem is that these C0000005 errors do not always play nice and tell us what their REAL issue is! We found the source of our problem only after removing code line by line until the error stopped, then adding the last line to have the error reappear. We had a SQL statement with a nested SQL statement which appeared to be very legit. We still do not know why that particular statement caused the problem, but we removed it and worked around the issue and the problem went away.
