I am working with the Client Access ODBC driver for DB2. I have a table setup with a CLOB data type (like MEMO in VFP). If the field has a value of '' and I try to issue a select command with that field included VFP stops responding. Any other value including ' ' will not cause the same problem.

I do not have the same problem if I use the ODBC driver in MS Access. Any ideas why VFP locks up on this?
