Have you tried to used the Mail Merge Wizard of VFP, If it doen't work, it means you need to install a service pack.

I manage to do it installing service Pack. I'm currently using VFP7.
I think we have experience the same thing. Now Im trying to make it work the class I downloaded here in UT. It was contributed by CETIN, I cannot figured out why it does not work. This mail merge class by cetin is very nice. It suited our customers requirement.. by putting the sql statement by themselves. I'm still trying to do it. I ask some help from Cetin whats how to deal it but I think he's to busy.
