Help! SQL Server connectivity error

I have a VFP app that uses SQL Server for the backend. Everything was fine until I had to reinstall my OS (Windows 2000 Professional) on my development computer. The SQL Server install has not been changed at all. VFP 8 installed fine and works properly except when I try to requery SQL Server views I get the following error:

'Syntax error converting varchar value '8136e' to a column of type int.'

Strangely the data access is working fine in the EXE application on the same machine when it runs outside the development environment. Almost a dozen other users also use the EXE on their machine with no problems. The problem occurs with new views as well as exsisting views.

Of course I have VFP8 SP1 installed and I've reinstalled Microsoft's data access components and the the latest SQL Server ODBC drivers with no success.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance,

Greg
